Items must include all original packaging and tags

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be denied.
Refunds
Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method.
Please note:

Shipping fees are non-refundable

Refunds may take 3–7 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank

Transaction fees charged by your bank or payment provider are not controlled by BIGSTUFF
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please start a return and place a new order once your refund is processed.
We operate with limited quantities — exchanges are not guaranteed.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours at:

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:

items worn, washed, or without original tags

items returned outside the 7-day window

final sale items (when marked)
How to Start a Return
